We have significant experience in manufacturing these hoses. Here are some of the specifications for our paper mill suction box hose:

Application - Custom engineered to serve as a flexible connector on paper machine.

Tube - Corrugated neoprene.  Corrugated for increased flexibility and neoprene for additional resistance to paper stock.

Carcass - Multiple plies of high tensile synthetic fabric reinforced by a spring steel wire helix for full vacuum service.

Cover - Corrugated ozone and abrasion resistant neoprene.

Ends - 2″ soft cuffs standard, but longer cuffs are available on request.  May be enlarged to go over pipe sizes.
