Jim Grossi
President/CEO
Jim has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Akron and has been with SRR for more than 15 years, bringing a wealth of knowledge, experience and leadership to our team. Jim was instrumental in guiding the company to achieve ISO 9001:2015 certification. Recently, Jim was focused on adding advanced technologies and automation to our rubber hose manufacturing process, working on new and innovative R&D, and expanding our production capacity and capability helping us expand into new markets in both industrial hose and calendered rubber.
Robert Birch
CFO
Robert Birch serves as Chief Financial Officer, bringing 10 years of dedicated experience with Salem-Republic Rubber Company. Throughout his tenure, Robert has played a key role in driving financial strategy, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth. Robert is a graduate of Miami University in Oxford, Ohio earning a degree in Finance and Accounting.
Terry Nespeca
Director of Operations
Terry has been with SRR over 37 years and he has held almost all positions in our manufacturing facility. For the past 13 years as Director of Operations, Terry has overseen the entire production process and manages the plant with efficiency gained through his real-world experience in building our products. Terry’s vast knowledge aids the entire company on design and construction concepts that help advance our market reach.
Skip Anderson
Director of Sales & Marketing
Starting as a Sales Engineer and moving up to his current role, Skip has been with SRR for 7 years and brings over 25 years of sales and management experience from the manufacturing and technology industries. Skip received a degree in International Business and Business Administration from Grove City College, and a J.D. from the University of Akron, using his knowledge and experience to help navigate the changing manufacturing landscape and managing customer relationships.
Dennis Rogers
Director of Engineering
Dennis has spent 8 years with SRR, starting as a staff engineer and currently managing the Engineering team. Dennis’ prior experience includes work with high pressure hydraulic hose design and manufacturing, rubber injection mold design and extrusion of automotive weatherstripping. Dennis and his team create, test and help manufacture our world class hoses and calendered products.
Jason Phillips
Sales Manager
Jason has been with SRR for 13 years, bringing his experience working in the IT arena. His previous roles focused on sales, customer software training and vendor relationships. Jason has been a key player in designing large, complex hose designs for the mining, dredging and steel mill business sectors, finding customer solutions in some of the most challenging environments. The complex hose solutions Jason has helped develop have allowed our customers to create larger and more intricate systems that allow for their continued market growth.
